For SEND teams

See it sooner. Act with context.

Every check-in and signal lands in one place, with the lesson, the period and the pupil's recent pattern beside it. Built with a SENDCo, for the way SEND teams actually work.

Staff Action Hub

Start every day knowing who needs you.

Overnight and early check-ins are waiting the moment you log on. Each one shows what happened, when, and whether anyone has picked it up.

  • Mark a signal Watching, Resolved or Escalated, with a quick note from a list you choose
  • See who has seen what, so two people don't chase the same pupil
  • A duty rota decides who is on call each day

Alerts

When it matters, the right people hear about it.

When a pupil logs three reds, in one day or in a row, Send Signals flags them on the hub and can send a push notification and an email. If nobody acknowledges the alert in time, it escalates.

  • Alert emails never include the pupil's name: staff sign in to see who
  • Sudden-change detection spots a swing from green to red
  • You choose the rules, who is told and how quickly it escalates

Patterns and evidence

The evidence is already there when you need it.

Year group views show the school week and the weekend side by side. Pupil profiles hold their check-in history. Reports are ready in a click for reviews, parent meetings and data drops.

  • Six ready-made reports, as a spreadsheet, a printout or a Word document
  • A parent letter and a pupil login handout, editable before you print
  • Pattern detection you can switch off if you'd rather not use it

School calendar

Term dates, INSET days and Week A/B, so nothing is asked on a day off.

Getting started

Set up with a guided checklist.

Nine short steps inside the hub take you from an empty school to pupils checking in, with help one click away on every page.

Bring in your school

Pupils, staff and timetables arrive from your MIS through Wonde, or from a file you export.

Make it yours

Choose the signals pupils can send, the replies staff use and the alert rules that suit you.

Hand out fobs and logins

Link each fob to a pupil, print login cards, and send the parent letter home.

"Talk me through it"

A built-in help assistant that answers questions about any screen in plain English. It's powered by Anthropic's Claude, and your school can switch it off.

Send Signals is not an emergency service. Alerts are an early nudge to staff, not a safeguarding report. Concerns about a child's safety must always go through your school's own safeguarding procedures.

The live demo gives you your own private copy of a demo school for two hours. Follow Oliver's Monday from both sides.
